Abstract
Intraneural ganglion is a rare condition. We present a ease of peronea l nerve palsy due to an intraneural ganglion of the peroneal nerve, Fu ll recovery followed surgical decompression. Apparent idiopathic foot drop is an indication for exploration of the common peroneal nerve.
