Abstract
The dissolution kinetics of Mazidag1 phosphate ore in HNO3 solutions h as been investigated by the rotating disc method. The effects of tempe rature and disc rotation speed have been examined in the ranges 3-18 d egrees C, and 200-900 rpm respectively. The global dissolution rates h ave been found to be first order with respect to H+ and the activation energy has been calculated as 99.5 kJ/mol.
