Abstract
In this note, we show that the k-dimensional linear phase FIR Wiener f ilter can be obtained from the unconstrained filter with a simple ''re verse and add'' operation. The relation between the linear phase and u nconstrained phase filters is obtained also in the case of a multichan nel k-dimensional system. in this case, the properties of the autocorr elation matrix do not allow the simplifications noted for the single c hannel case.
