Abstract
We report the first observation of nuclear resonant excitation of the 25.7keV level of Dy-161 and the 21.5keV level of Eu-151 by synchrotron radiation. Time-delayed emission of L X-rays produced in the internal conversion process was used to facilitate this observation.
