P. Sun et Sm. Zeng, MODELING THE CULTIVAR RACE INTERACTIONS IN INTERREGIONAL DISEASE SPREAD, Zeitschrift fur Pflanzenkrankheiten und Pflanzenschutz, 102(4), 1995, pp. 416-421
Quantitative analysis of cultivar-race interaction at population level
is important to deploy host plant resistance and stabilize pathogen p
opulations or minimize their damage. This interaction is far more comp
lex when inter-regional disease spread occurs. In this paper, a modell
ing approach to the cultivar-race interaction is developed, which allo
ws to simulate the cullivar-race interaction in inter-regional disease
spread. Simulating example is presented to illustrate the application
of our model.
