Results of continuing measurements of gravity constant fry device of O
.V.Karagioz - V.P.Izmailov in 1991 were compared with helio-geophysica
l disturbance indices. It was found that extreme high values of the co
nstant correspond to magnetic activity minimums period. Dispersion of
the measurements in various cycles of measuring is smaller for higher
geomagnetic activity (A(p) > 30), but the effects of strong magnetic s
torms was not found. Also the degree if ionosphere disturbances by the
solar chromosphere flares influences on dispersion of measurement res
ults. 27-days repetition of the results is expressed feebly. The effec
ts, more probably, are caused by amplitude-spectral variations of back
ground electromagnetic fields of extra-low frequencies effecting on el
asticity coefficient of thread for rotating pendulum suspender because
of <<magnetic-plasticity>>.
