Edge magnetoplasmons-like excitations between two regions having diffe
rent densites of surface electrons on the superfluid helium were studi
ed experimentally. Measurement was performed at the temperature 1.1 K
and magnetic fields up to 0.2 T. The experimental results are in good
agreement with the theoretically predicted linear dependences of borde
r magnetoplasmon velocity vs density difference; the quality of magnet
oplasmon resonanse is a nonlinear function of density difference.
