Abstract
The dynamics of the in-plane vortex in the highly-anisotropic planar f erromagnet (PFM) with spin s = 1 and strong effects of quantum spin co ntradiction is considered for the external magnetic field a which is p erpendicular to the easy plane. The structure, dynamics and relaxation of such vortices are discussed. The effective equations of motion of vortex coordinates in the interacting vortex ensemble are constructed above the topological phase transition. The value of rms vortex veloci ty is calculated. Components of the PFM dynamical structure Factor are calculated in the presence of the magnetic field.
