Abstract
A <<paramagnetic>> mechanism of resistivity losses due to magnetic pol arization of fluctuated vortex loops by the field of a moving Josephso n vortex have been discussed for layered superconductors. Such a mecha nism is valid at temperatures where the layered structure of the syste m becomes a crucial factor and the intensive quasi-two dimensional flu ctuations like vortex-anti-vortex pairs determine superconducting prop erties of the system.
