Abstract
Tubal cannulation has emerged as an excellent alternative to treat pat ients with cornual obstruction. The results obtained with tubal cannul ation are encouraging, and it should be offered as the initial method to attempt treatment of tubal cornual obstruction. It can often be use d as an excellent alternative to microsurgical tubal anastomosis, avoi ding a laparotomy and extended disability.
