Abstract
Following a 28 years exposition a 62 year old female poultry worker wi th chronic rhinoconjunctivitis and perennial asthma was examined at th e instance of the professional association. Patient's history, diagnos is and acarological findings revealed a clinical allergy to house dust mites predominantly due to the working place.
