Infantile acropustulosis is a recurrent, pruriginous, vesiculopustular
eruption of the palms and soles first described in 1979. We report si
x cases of infantile acropustulosis in recently emigrated children tre
ated for scabies. Clinical follow-up was obtained by questionnaire add

ests infantile acropustulosis is frequent in immigrant infants and cou
ld be a non-specific hypersensitivity reaction to Sarcoptes scabiei.
