Abstract
The reaction between the polymeric organotin fluorides R(3) SnF (R = B u '' or Ph) with alkali metal salts NaX (X = Cl, Br, OCN, or SCN) in a n ultrasonic field leads to rapid formation of monomeric R(3)SnX speci es in good yields.
