We report a case of an aneurysmal bone cyst (ABC) of the clavicle in a 9-year-old boy, which initially presented as a pathological fracture of a benign cystic lesion. ABC of the clavicle is rare in children les s than 10 years old and radiological diagnosis may prove difficult in the early stages of presentation,
