Abstract
This article explores helical (spiral) CT of the kidney and adrenal gl ands and includes a discussion of the techniques and applications of C T angiography. The authors conclude that this technique promises to im prove imaging of the retroperitoneum through the elimination of respir atory misregistration and the minimization of partial volume averaging .
