A method of numerical analysis is proposed based on a dielectric model
of dilute cell suspension to calculate the phase parameters from the
dielectric parameters observed, The reason of the dielectric relaxatio
ns is represented through phenomenologically in viewpoint of interfaci
al polarization, Furthermore, the procedure of calculation upon the th
eoretical formulation is applied to the data observed for the system c
omposed of a single microcapsule and distilled water, the results show
that the phase parameters obtained are reliable and the model propose
d is reasonable.
