L. Stoica et A. Razvan, CU(II) FLOTATION-SEPARATION FROM DILUTED SOLUTIONS WITH AMIDOAMINE-TYPE COLLECTORS, Revista de chimie, 46(8), 1995, pp. 746-751
The paper studies the Cu (II) separation from aqueous solutions, by di
ssolved air flotation (DAF), using NaOH as precipitating agent and lau
ric acid amidoamine as collecting surfactant. The surfactant propertie
s of some fatty acids was studied in order to assess them as collectin
g reagents in the flotation separation of Cu (II) and the factors (F):
pH, collector: coligand, molar ratio; coligand concentration, by R=f(
F) in the Cu (II) - AAL system, in order to establish the optimum cond
itions for the metal recovery-separation.
