Influence of an electric field on the luminescence intensity of in amo
rphous molecular simitonductors containing compounds with intramolecul
ar charge transfer is investigated. Quick extinguishing of photolumine
scence intensity in electric field is determined by the increase of po
tential barrier transparency increase for the charge carrier tunneling
transition from the excited photogeneration center to neighbor molecu
le. Slow extinguishing of photoluminescence intensity in electric fiel
d is connected with the paramagnetic particles accumulation.
