Abstract
The paper is concerned with a theory of diffuse current dow through bo undary layers near electrodes (cathodes and anodes) in a thermal plasm a of molecular gases. The system of governing equations includes hydro dynamics transport equations for the charged particles and the Poisson equation, Numerical solution of this system is given and analyzed for a wide range of conditions, The results agree with the available expe rimental data.
