Abstract
Superpositions of chiral amplitudes may be prepared by phase-locked pa irs of radiation pulses. The observation of these coherences by parity -sensitive measurements is discussed. More complicated chiral superpos itions are also introduced, further generalizing the notion of chirali ty.
