Abstract
LSIMS spectra analysis of glycobrassicins. Mass spectra of eight glyco brassicins 2 synthesized as their potassium salts were studied by liqu id secondary ion mass spectrometry (LSIMS) using a thioglycerol matrix . Cationized molecules (M+Li)(+), (M+Na)(+) and (M+K)(+) were observed in all cases. These ions were identified after high resolution measur ements with glucobrassicin (2a, sugar = beta-D-glucose).
