This report contains data about ethical complaints and inquiries proce ssed by the American Counseling Association (ACA) Ethics Committee fro m 1995 to 1996. This report also includes a discussion of the findings of the committee, information about the approval of the new ACA Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice, and educational efforts undertake n by the committee.
