Abstract
Ulcerative mucositis has become an increasingly important toxicity of antineoplastic therapy, In an effort to establish mucositis risk predi ction for specific cancer chemotherapy regimens, a 25 field database w as developed. This paper describes the rationale and methodology for c reation of the database and instructions for access to it via the Inte rnet.
