rt: An 85-year-old man with chronic alcoholism presented several symme
trical lipomas of the tongue with no other clinical manifestations. Th
ere was no capsule at the histology examination. Discussion : The mult
iple and symmetrical nature of the lesion without a capsule]ed to the
diagnosis of benign symmetrical lipomatosis of the tongue, the fourth
case reported in the literature.
