We propose a spin-charge separation scheme based on the t - J model. S
uch a spin-charge separation state can reproduce various 1D correlatio
ns at strong-coupling fixed-point. At 2D half-filling, a long-range AF
order is recovered, and a spin-charge deconfinement is found at finit
e doping in 2D. In this spin-charge separation regime, anomalous magne
tic and transport properties are obtained. We find interesting similar
ities of these anomalies to those found in high-T-c cuprates.
