Abstract
Measurements of the low frequency (1 KHz-1 MHz) c axis dielectric cons tant of La2Cu1-xZnxO4+delta (x=0, 0.07) single crystals exhibit ferroe lectric-like values with a large enhancement in the vicinity of the ma gnetic ordering temperature. The possibility of a simultaneous (anti)f erroelectric-antiferromagnetic transition is suggested in these system s.
