Abstract
Organic thin-film devices with multiple cavities vertical to the subst rate surface were fabricated. The photo- and electroluminescences of t hese samples were examined, and the characteristics arising from these multiplex cavities were obtained. This multiplex cavity structure wil l make it possible to fabricate new functional devices such as optical switches.
