Abstract
Five new cytotoxic cembranolides possessing a rare 4,7-oxa-bridged fun ctionality were isolated from the gorgonian Eunicea mammosa. The struc tures of 5, 7-9, and 10 were deduced from spectroscopic data and by ch emical correlation experiments.
