Abstract
A Mycobacterium bovis culture-positive, skin test-negative, colobus mo nkey (Colobus guereza caudatus) was treated with three different dosag e regimens of isoniazid (INH) and rifampin (RIE). Blood samples were c ollected over various time periods and serum INH and RIF concentration s were determined. Antituberculous treatment dosages for other nonprim ates and for humans were inadequate to achieve therapeutic serum conce ntrations in this colobus monkey.
