Abstract
Problems are considered arisen when implementing a support to the user s of information transmitted from the NOAA satellites operating in the FPRT mode. The possibility is discussed of supporting and coordinatin g the operation of local receiving centers situated on the territory o f the former USSR. The prototype of an information center designed by the SRI Institute of RAN is described.
