SOLAR-CONSTANT (STATE-OF-ART OF RESEARCH)

A review of the state-of-art in the solar constant problem is presente d concerning the details of the long-term series of precise satellite measurements of solar constant. New data on the solar physics and the Sun-Earth relations, problems and trends of future measurements of sol ar constant are considered.
