Abstract
Description of the new outgoing shortwave radiation satellite radiomet er is given. Peculiarities of albedo ballon measurements with this ins trument are briefly discussed. The results of albedo ballon measuremen ts at the top of the atmosphere and comparisons with American directio nal albedo models are given.
