Abstract
The problem of phase function determination in the retrieval of atmosp heric optical parameters from multiangular satellite measurements is d iscussed. Analytical model of atmospheric transmittance angular depend ence is developed with accuracy better than 0.2-0.3% in the range of z enith angles 0 less than or equal to 45-50 degrees while optical thick ness tau 1.
