S. Vonbullesheim et G. Semrau, INTERNALIZATION OF EXTERNAL EFFECTS - REQ UIREMENTS FROM AN ENERGY-ECONOMIC POINT-OF-VIEW, Brennstoff-Warme-Kraft, 47(9), 1995, pp. 380
Proceeding from the initial steps conceived above all for the environm
ental sector, at present the efforts are directed towards finding prac
tical concepts for the internalization. From the point-of-view of the
energy supply, special demands have to be made on the internalization.
The energy supply should be at all times sufficient and guaranted, on
a long-term bases economically as cost-effective as posible, and at t
he same time environmentally compatible. the internalization can contr
ibute to reach the energy-political objectives, aimed at, better and t
o find practical initial steps to a solution for the fundamental probl
ems of our future energy supply. For this, it must stat globally and h
as to take into consideration all externalities, i.e. also the long-te
rm perspectives for the world's energy markets and the aspect of prese
rving the resources in favour of the Third World as well as future gen
erations. Here, still opens up a wide areas of responsibility for the
internalization.
