Abstract
A method of investigating of the topography of the splitting of a knot of reciprocal space by drawing two-dimensional contour maps of x-ray reflection blurring using the technique of discrete theta/2 theta- and omega-scans in the mode of linked specimen and counter is described. The method was tested by studying industrial single crystals of the Ni - Cr - Co - Al - Ti - Nb - Mo - W - Hf system that have a complex gro wth substructure and multifactor phase interactions.
