Abstract
The coexistence of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and mitral valve prolap se has been, previously described, but it is not a common. finding. We describe the transesophageal echocardiographic findings of a patient with hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy, mitral valve prolapse, a nd coronary artery disease.
