Mycodestruction of the functional electronics materials based on the c
omplex oxide compounds (complex oxide single crystals, epitaxial ferro
garnet structures, ceramic compounds based on cubic spinels of various
systems) is studied. Fungal stability of samples in conditions of nat
ural and laboratory contamination as well as fungal species compositio
n (agents of corrosion processes) are estabilished. Influence of physi
cal-chemical features of oxygen-contained technogenic substrate formin
g is pointed out. These investigations permit to broaden our knowledge
on the mycodestruction processes of specific nongrowth substrates tha
t is important From the point of view both applied and fundamental sci
ences.
