Abstract
Long-term follow-up of 15 patients treated with definitive radiotherap y for advanced glomus tumors of the head and neck is presented, Diseas e was locally controlled in all patients. A prescribed dose above 4,50 0 cGy did not improve treatment results, Radiation therapy remains the treatment of choice for advanced glomus tumors.
