Abstract
Three cases of syringomatous carcinoma are reported. It is a rare adne xal neoplasm of the skin with a marked propensity for early infiltrati ve and locally aggressive growth. The tumor usually involves the face and particularly the upper lip. Microscopically, this tumor is charact erized by syringomatous pattern and sclerotic collagenous stroma.
