Abstract
The title compound C20H18N4O2S2 crystallizes in the monoclinic space g roup P2(1)/n with a = 8.4930(1) Angstrom, b = 11.4880(1) Angstrom, c = 20.0709(2) Angstrom, beta = 94.933(1)degrees, V = 1951.01(3) Angstrom (3), Z = 4. The crystal structure has been solved by vector search met hods and refined by full-matrix least-squares to R = 0.04 for 2888 ref lections and 116 restraints. The title compound has a suitable geometr y for synthesizing receptor molecules with a cleft for selective compl exation.
