The possibility of using the emission Mossbauer spectroscopy of Cu-67(
Zn-67), Ba-133(Cs-133), and Eu-155(Gd-155) for experimental determinat
ion of the parameters of the tenser of the gradient of an electric fie
ld generated by crystal-lattice ions in copper metal oxides is analyze
d. This technique is implemented for RBa(2)Cu(3)O(7) ceramics (R is a
rare-earth metal or yttrium). The values found for the parameters of t
he tenser of the electric-field gradient are compared with the results
of calculations in the approximation of pointlike charges. The spatia
l distribution of electron defects in the lattices of these supercondu
ctors is determined.
