Abstract
Oral Synechiae are rare congenital anomalies found in several syndrome s that have as a component a cleft palate deformity. This anomaly is u sually recognized at birth secondary to airway and nutrition compromis e. Four cases of oral syngnathia which were initially asymptomatic are presented. The variations in clinical presentation as well as timing of treatment options are discussed.
