GLUON REGGEIZATION IN QCD IN THE NEXT-TO-LEADING ORDER

Gluon Reggeization can significantly simplify the calculation of suble ading terms for parton distributions at small x, where x is the longit udinal momentum fraction carried by a parton. We check the Reggeizatio n in elastic scattering processes of QCD at large energy root s and fi xed momentum transfer root-t. For amplitudes of these processes with g luon quantum numbers and negative signature in the t channel s-channel discontinuities are calculated in the two-loop approximation. The two -loop correction to the gluon trajectory is expressed in terms of thes e discontinuities. Remarkable cancellations lead to the independence o f the trajectory on the properties of the scattered particles, confirm ing the gluon Reggeization.
