Abstract
Through our flow injection analysis experiments, we discovered that an unsaturated complex of Cu(II) and organic ligand had a strong catalyt ic effect on 1.10-phenanthroline-H2O2-CTMAB chemiluminescence reaction . Based on this mechanism, the new flow injection analysis methods for detection of some biological ligands were established. Detection limi ts are in the range of 2.7-90 pmol for amino acids, polyamines, and sa licylic acids. (C) 1995 Academic Press, Inc.
