Abstract
With the prevalence of immune diseases (AIDS, collagen vascular diseas e), the importance of the immune system in relation to wound healing h as become more apparent. This article is a detailed characterization o f how the immune process is directly linked with wound healing. At the cellular level, the macrophage and T lymphocyte play key roles in thi s interaction.
