ARTHROSCOPICALLY ASSISTED TIBIAL PLATEAU FRACTURE MANAGEMENT - A MODIFIED METHOD

We present a new technique for arthroscopically assisted treatment of tibial plateau fracture. This is a modification of previously describe d reduction and grafting techniques. We performed a core graft under t he depressed fragment and used it for reduction. With the aid of anter ior cruciate ligament surgery techniques, we aimed to simplify the gra ft harvesting and reduction for better healing.
