Abstract
The paper is concerned with the specific interactions acting in dilute polymer solutions (e.g., short- and long-range, inter- and intramolec ular) in an attempt to correlate the experimental and theoretical data , as proposed by different theories, for peculiar situations, i.e., fo r ultrahigh molecular weight polymers, as well as for polymer/solvent/ solvent systems.
