Abstract
The authors repot a case of pleural fibroma discovered during an exami nation Sor thoracic pains in a 65 year old woman. Histochemical studie s were positive with vimentine and negative with KLl antibodies and co mpatible with the most recent hypotheses concerning the purely fibrobl astic origin of these tumours.
