Abstract
The application of adaptive arrays to communications is addressed for the specific case of known pulsed desired signal transition times. Fro m this information, the adaptive antenna weights that maximize gain on the desired signal and null out the interferers are described. The ap proach is then extended to cases when the interferer(s) power is not s tationary, i.e., this quantity varies versus time.
