Abstract
Bis-allylether of bisphenols were prepared by bisallylation reaction u sing Palladium(0) catalyst with allyl carbonate. These compounds were characterized by IR, H-1-NMR, C-13-NMR and elemental analysis. Bis-all ylether of bisphenol-A could be converted to diglycidyl ether of bisph enol-A (DGEBA) using m-chloroperbenzoic acid as epoxidising agent.
